Over time, STC has gained the experience and reputation to qualify as one of only nine companies to be awarded a State Carrier Contract by the state of Arizona.

The State Carrier Contract means that government entities, including State, County, and local government as well as libraries, and school districts, are able to utilize STC for customized communications and hosting solutions without the cumbersome and time-consuming process of going out to bid.

STC is committed to the highest level of customer service anywhere. We proactively manage our entire network infrastructure using industry standard SNMP.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors our networks and services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. In order to ensure a service level commitment of 99.99% uptime, we aggressively and proactively manage all network elements. We also maintain an inventory of spare equipment and parts to ensure rapid replacement should any element fail.
